Cached US Kindle giveaway: 6 copies of @roberjbennett's AMERICAN ELSEWHERE, the story of an ordinary small american town where creatures from beyond space and time reside. This is *the first* story about CFBSAT I read that made me believe they *were* FBSAT. His City of Stairs books didn't really grab me (although is Founders Trilogy is *fucking amazing*).
