Absolutely absurd. Especially considering how corrupt the legal system in this shithole country from the Supreme Court on down is to begin with.

Those are pretty specific questions you're better off asking elsewhere. I recommend Google scholar.
Though I doubt the answers matter much. I'm no AI expert, but it feels like the software is changing every few weeks, so those numbers are probably changing a lot as well right now. It takes time for things like that to settle.
In the meantime, I wish the criminals who are wearing a fake six digit in order to look like they are generated by AI all the silliness in the world
Suddenly the hotdog fingers from Everything Everywhere… make almost sense.

There's always a new example of the Unspeakable Clatter of Cleverness. No, ladies and gentlemen, danger does not sleep.

that's no risk, that's a win
@nixCraft A somewhat more abstract risk that recently crossed my mind is that AI could act as something of a gatekeeper.
Imagine you have a great idea for a software product and you start developing it and get some growth.
Somebody could easily steal the idea, slap on some AI features and I assume the general public would prefer that copy for that feature.
@nixCraft Maybe Mel Brooks will get in trouble if they do that 😉.
@nixCraft As you can see your honor, no normal glove could fit that hand, thus you must acquit.
