As I read further, I am going to be much more interested in #kratky and the #kratkymethod as it's more passive and doesn't need a pump to move the water. This sounds very much more doable for me.
With regards to lighting, I wonder what the close to perfect LED would be to meet the plants needs and same time being cheap enough.
