They are really delicious (had one with lunch). Removing the flesh inside and the seeds, makes it easier to eat raw with sandwich.

@faab64 Very nice. Do you get enough natural sunlight in your region this time of year for peppers or do you need supplemental grow lights?

As I read further, I am going to be much more interested in #kratky and the #kratkymethod as it's more passive and doesn't need a pump to move the water. This sounds very much more doable for me.
With regards to lighting, I wonder what the close to perfect LED would be to meet the plants needs and same time being cheap enough.

@unplayednamer @faab64 I'm only starting out in this myself, but from what I'm seeing on YouTube, if you filter out those that are sponsored by a growlight manufacturer, then it doesn't seem that critical. I just started some lettuce using some very inexpensive mains voltage LED strips from AliExpress (search: grow light LED).
