My current home screen is inspired by the UI design featured in cowboy bebop :)

it's always evolving so parts are unfinished, but a lot of the features are designed to help me manage my circadian rhythm sleep disorder

Not sure how it'll look after compression, but I'm really proud of the design work that went into it, its pretty much all custom made with KWGT and KLWP

I wanted to reply to the cool art of the bebop you posted earlier, but I had also been meaning to post my home screen to lemmy and mastodon and figured I'd try doing it all at the same time.
I never really used much Twitter or social media in general so I don't really know if I'm breaking microblogging etiquette)

Thereā€™s actually a page 2 I had to post separately cause of some weirdness with posting to lemmy from mastodon, you should be able to view it on this community, or on my mastodon profile that this original post in on, just like if you were looking for another post from a lemmy user. I think. The fediverse is weird.

The implementation is kinda messy and imperfect because of some issues with kwgt. Are you at all familiar with tasker and KWGT?

Its technically two widgets, a calendar widget from an app, and a custom made task tracker overlayed on top of it with the Nova launcher setting that allows items on the home screen to overlap

If you just want the task tracking lots of habit tracker apps have a widget with similar functionality, but otherwise I can probably share the KWGT file for the tracker. And I think tasker has a way to share stuff too assuming I can figure it out, but some stuff will probably need to be set up even after that, Iā€™m not sure.

Did some digging and Todoist seems to have added just that since I messed with it lastā€¦ I might circle back but I appreciate it. I do mess with Tasker, but only just now saw that klwp has Tasker features now! Iā€™m going to have to play a bitā€¦
