I was part of the organisers' team here in Oslo. The NNE series has been published as analogue books, but the move has been made to digital publication in recent years. We've decided to go for an in-house production, saving us a lot of money - but creating extra work. I'm using #TeXLaTeX, which is fun, but also needs some getting used to.
