bignoseA good approach @jfoolsguard is to start out not by following individuals but following hashtags.
See which ones attract the good-quality conversations. Participate there if you want, cross-pollinate to other relevant hashtags as appropriate.
Then, once you've gathered more longitudinal data, follow whoever is long-term interesting to you.
