Moody’s has again issued a warning on U.S. debt, moving its rating outlook from “stable” to “negative.” Its report specifically cites the ouster of Speaker McCarthy and the length of time it took to replace him, plus the looming shutdown once again as the House GOP plays chicken on the budget. It is shameful and harmful. This brinksmanship must end.

I'm not sure if they're trying to break apart the Union or just trying to make it look like Biden is a bad president, or something else, but they're definitely trying to cripple the government.
