@init_6_ Just a few bits of advice for those currently job hunting:
*Go down the Fortune 500 list and look for open positions, start at the top. The non-tech companies are likely hiring cyber and the interview processes are less likely to be completely asinine. Just expect them to take a while (up to a year).

*Look for diversity hiring pushes. These may be internal to the companies, or using third parties. Can include LGBT or neurodivergent people, etc.

*Don’t be discouraged if your initial role offer isn’t exactly what you want. Just do your best and specialize closer to the role you want over time.
