More Texas counties are trying to prevent people from using specific roads to get an abortion

A Texas county near New Mexico has banned helping people traveling to get an abortion. Lubbock County is now the largest of four Texas counties that have adopted a version of the measure. It's part of new efforts by conservatives to further restrict abortion access since the fall of Roe v. Wade. The ordinances are enforced through lawsuits filed by private citizens but so far no cases have been brought under ordinances passed elsewhere. Texas is one of 13 states that bans abortion at all stages of pregnancy.

@Susan_Larson_TN My question is how is it even possible to enforce this? since in most cases you can't even tell without testing if a woman is pregnant until well after 12 weeks, are we just pulling over every single woman at the state border and giving them pregnancy tests on the spot? What if that pregnant person isn't even getting an abortion?

This crap is totally unenforceable. I am soooo mad rn.
