Always worrying when a Conversation article contains a clear error: "This security wall was supposed to follow the 315km green line outlined in the 1947 UN partition plan"
1. The green line is a 1948/9 ceasefire line, not meaningfully related to the partition plan, as is obvious from the maps in the article.
2. The wall was originally to "lead to a separation, though not according to the borders prior to 1967", "including a united Jerusalem" so not the green line.
