Before email and submission systems became common place, writers would send paper manuscripts with Self-Addressed Stamped Envelopes (SASE), to receive their stories back with notes for rejections. Stephen King would even nail his rejection letters to his bedroom wall. Do you keep your rejections or remember them? #Writephant
I do remember them. Mind email has eliminated the need for the SASE, and thank goodness for cloud servers that store your fiction and poetry. #Writephant

@Priyajsridhar
I keep the rejections, for bookkeeping purposes, at least electronically.

I suppose if I ever had a nasty one I could print it out to burn it, symbolically . . .

@Priyajsridhar

I mean, the rejections are all there in my email but I've never printed them out.

I feel the wiser thing to do would be to print out some of the nice notes I've received from readers and tack those onto my wall.
