Made it back to civilization. And in my second amazing encounter in three days, our little GitHub of trans people out for a hike bumped into another trans woman who just happened to be there to get out in nature for a bit after a very bad morning. She saw my shirt & we chatted about it a bit, & she quickly said yes when we invited her to join our group of trans people for the hike, & we chatted for a good portion of the walk. The number of things that have to line up just right for these moments to happen…anyway, proof I made it out of the woods in one piece

@substandard The trees were fine this time. It was the mushrooms that almost got me. I managed to lose them at the waterfall, but it was close 😮‍💨
