I made it here on time. And my good friends kindly waited for me.

A talk that @sebastiaan was telling me about said the packman rule is great for inviting people to join, but if the person joining is in a wheelchair and the rest are standing it doesn't provide equity, and as ever my brain is whirring about how we can make it more inclusive in such cases.
