I have been repeatedly disappointed in the #PostReleaseCare provided.

Confused patient being put in charge of own complex pharmaceutical pain management.
Confused patient being released without access to getting critical dressing changed.
Knee replacement patient not being adequately supported in doing rehab exercises.

Thinking you deserve to have been informed before the #Surgery about what you needed to buy before the surgery, and being adequately supported in buying it.
