@RunRichRun I was part of the large group of physicists that won the 2016 Breakthrough Prize in Fundamental Physics for proving neutrinos have mass, and was astonished to get a call from my mother when it was announced to the public. I was in my mid 50s and it was the first and only time she was ever proud of me. Maybe this is why I have so much sympathy and admiration for my Jewish friends!
