Having said that, I felt genuinely unsafe there yesterday evening. You can't help but notice broken car window glass everywhere you want to park. People drive like nut cases. Bikes, one wheelers, cars are speeding insanely. Anything they hit is dead. I saw 2 cars drive through red lights while overtaking other cars.
