This is one impressive asshole seen outside a library in #Philly. No disability plate, no hang tag, but taking up BOTH wheelchair apaces in the parking lot.

I almost feel bad about obscuring their license plate.

@LinuxAndYarn send... a copy of the picture to the local parking enforcement department? They might be able to send a notice to the driver in question, if not send a bill/fine.
@LinuxAndYarn @cjmoorehead I was hoping that was going to end with β€œI almost feel bad for slashing their tires.”
@LinuxAndYarn Is it just me, or does it look like someone is in the driver's seat?
@trishalynn @LinuxAndYarn looks like a booster seat in back with the drivers headrest in front of that
@TeflonTrout @LinuxAndYarn It looks so much like the back of the head of a person with gray hair, but I do notice the booster seat now.
@LinuxAndYarn call your local non-emergency police line. I was a 911 dispatcher once, that's the kind of thing those lines are for

@LinuxAndYarn
I really hope the violent punitive/ "white knighting" urge is curbed.
I wonder whether library workers could make an announcement to go correct that parking job, like over the PA, the same as they would for example, a patron leaving lights on.
It seems some people feel free to be even less neighborly behind a machine vs body to body in public space/ IRL.
