LockharTVMediaDuane "Keffe D" Davis in court today. In 2008, Davis confessed to being involved in the murder of #TupacShakur by being in the shooting car, but he did so on another case and was granted immunity for his confession. 15 years later he's been arrested. Authorities can't use what he said in 2008, but can use any evidence they've obtained separate from that and Davis has spoken out several times since then about his involvement.
