@ArenaCops I’m all for the Code of Conduct applying to the Justices just like it already does with all other federal judges. Still waiting for anyone…..ANYONE!!!!!… to give me a reasonable answer as to who we trust with enforcing that Code of Conduct against and thereby holding valuable sway over….<checks notes>….1/3 OF THE POWER OF THE ENTIRE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT while maintaining proper checks and balances along with public accountability. I’ll wait.

@opethminded 😎 To be instituted #SCOTUS_OIG #SCOTUSInspectorGeneral, following the long-established example of other government agencies/ departments / authorities.
We'll certainly agree, that an ethics-monitoring & -enforcing authority is needed to put an end to potentially corrupt activities like those reported on concerning Thomas, Roberts, Alito et al.

@opethminded My preference would be ABA, to kind of preserve the separation of powers.
And creating an oversight institution to oversee the oversight office would create an endless bureaucratic monster.

Independently choose the appropriate independent overseers & Thomas-like excessive corruption should soon be history — after bringing corrupt justices to justice.😉
