Russia meat-grindered all of its schlubs and now domestic security forces are leaving law enforcement to fill the schlub-sized holes in the labor market. Nothing another mobilization can't fix.

Are you sure they haven't been sending police to the front?

@noyes @fulelo some OMON/ОМОН forces has been sent to Ukraine to die, this was confirmed already in March 2022 when a number of the police officers was taken as POW by Ukraine.

By the way, Russia has a long way to get the crown of having the most police per capita, they need to beat 15439 per 100000 which the Vatican City has (sure just a handful Gendarme to protect 1000 persons).
