People also claim that because art is sometimes created as a way to get through suffering, without suffering there would be no art. I don't think that follows!

But people ok with this are saying they want to sacrifice human beings to the gods of having something moving to hear or read or look at.

Much as I love art, I would rather have a world without suffering.
