I'm keen to put together a panel for #ica23 in the @ica_cm division looking at the issue of developing and supporting essential research infrastructures, specifically how to recruit, support and sustain teams of data/software engineers and developers within comms/media schools & faculties, and how we mature as a discipline in developing this critical workforce.
