@riggs7sct It doesn't matter how you get your electricity. The average is going to involve significant amounts of fossil fuels. In fact, without the use of large-scale energy storage, such as hydrogen for that purpose, it will always involve significant amounts of fossil fuels.
In reality, #hydrogen is needed even to get BEVs to zero emissions.

@Kaetchi @Hypx @riggs7sct Nope, German auto producers have been exploring & researching on hydrogen fuel cells as the more promising alternative to fossil fuels for a long time, while all of a sudden, following Russian fossil-fuels mob boss Putin's aggression against Ukraine & his extortive attempts to force the free world to its knees, having become too dependent on dirty/bloody Russian fossil fuels led to a rude awakening & realization, that this is the time to free from mob boss Putin's fuels of despotism & turn to climate- & humanity-friendlier renewable fuels.
