Ok, who had broken down freight train on their bingo card?
Now an unscheduled stop at Wentworth Falls thanks to freight train 1823 broken down. Duration of the delay unknown.
On the move again. They were going to refuge us at Lawson, but took pity and are sending us around the broken down train.
Made it to Penrith, 71 Minutes late! Still, could have been worse. There was a mix up with the luggage at Penrith. After the train left, they realised one bag that came off should have stayed on, and one bag that stayed on should have come off (thankfully I only had hand luggage).
Goodbye Outback Xplorer, despite the delays, it was a great trip 😁
Now on to an A Set for the final part of my journey.
