I was just learning about Nunuk Nuraini, who invented Indomie’s mi goreng flavor of instant noodles, and learned I had been eating them not as intended. They’re supposed to be eaten like mac n cheez, i.e. drained and sauced, and not like ramen in a broth. Honestly they’re great both ways. #NunukNuraini #miGoreng
