Of the vegan variety. But yes. Vegan mockmeat meatballs are readily available in Sweden and are a common occurrence in the Snan household. Anamma is a tasty brand #nospon but there are many good brands. I eat 'em with potatoes, oat-based cream sauce, and lingonberries.
Before they were as readily available, when veganism was just for punks with x'ed up hands, I'd make that same traditional Swedish preparation but using falafels.
