Recipe (do the seasoning after your taste)
1 tablespoon of oil
1 big onion or two small ones
some slices of a pepper sausage (or replace it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil).
—> cooking until the onions are almost done
250g tomatoes (cutted)
500g sweet pepper (sliced)
rice (a handful) and some water (250ml?)
for seasoning: salt, grounded pepper, garlic, sweet red paprika powder, cayenne pepper or peperoni
—> cooking until the pepper is like your favorite cooking level
finish with:
1 whisked egg
