Sounds terrible. Like a failure of govt to allocate #energy.
Reminds us of the 2009 #PinkBats "Scandal" in #Australia. Our PM #KevinRudd and #PeterGarrett funded as many #builders as possible to install #insulation. It was an incredibly successful #InsulationScheme but #corporateMedia only blame Rudd for the few bad builders that abused the funding, resulting in two worker deaths and some fires.

Fiat currencies (and gold) are responsible for much more abuse and death but you will not hear about that because the corporateMedia are experts at omission, ie. restricting the frame of discourse.
