And WTF, Aetna: You are not covering the booster (or the RSV vaccine)??? Don't tell me you care about our health. Shame on you.
@jeffjarvis I went to my local CVS Pharmacy to get it. They informed me they no longer accepted my health insurance (Kaiser) and that the vaccine will be $190 😮 Needles to say, I passed and will wait for Kaiser to offer it.
This crazy high cost will mean people without health insurance will not be getting this vaccine. This hurts all of us!
Aetna and Amazon are teaming up to change your healthcare to telehealth.
And who’s behind it? The very same motherfucker who signed Britney Spears to a performance contract in Las Vegas in which she had no say, power or competence to perform without being drugged and stole millions from employees pension funds while nearly bankrupting Caesars - that inimitable asshole and piece of shit Gary Loveman.

And Walgreens is wrong. You'll get reimbursed. So Aetna says.
I happened to see this in the Washington Post just now:
"Under federal law, any coronavirus vaccine must be covered by private and public insurers immediately, as soon as it receives sign-off by the FDA."

@jeffjarvis
did RDS complete one of these for himself & every member of his family? seem to me that if he doesn't trust medical science to protect them he couldn't trust medical science to save them.

And, yes, some of those "provider errors" are due to insurance having convoluted requirements. Tricare is the worst! But Tricare also has decent phone support if you call as a customer (providers have to wait on hold forever), so just call.
Actually, UHC is probably the *worst*, but they're just movie-villain style Evil, whereas Tricare is military red tape convoluted.
Aetna & BCBS tend to be on the better end of easy to deal with.
#insurance companies do not care about YOU -they care about the premiums you pay them.
