Aaron O@SaschaFreud my kid was telling me they made them run a mile in gym, and I said I know your pain, it does get better, but many make it worse by choice. They really didn't understand, and I couldn't find the words to explain it.
@m750 Yes, so hard to explain. My daughter did x-country/track for two years and I’d try to get her to run with me sometimes. The next year she said she wasn’t joining the team and wasn’t running with me either: she’d always hated it. A surprise to me, she’d never said anything! 🤷🏻♂️ I kept trying to get her to talk to me about it but no go…
