I'm setting timers on my phone apps and getting some things in balance. Truth be told there are some bad app habits that have crept in since 2020 and I'm at my limit.

@ZephyrDerg massively recommend this. I turned off tons of notifications , limit my active phone time and have an aggressive DND. And it helps.
