1/ Still emotionally bruised from sending the #kitty who moved in here in early summer off to a new home yesterday (see yesterday's post) got some of the last photos edited. Heard the young woman who took him is #KittenSmitten so I hope that means it's going well. #CatsOfMastodon #rehoming #love #caturday
We took turns hanging out with him yesterday, with me he strolled down to the woodcutting area, smelled some squirrel dens, and laid around looking beautiful.

2/ he also had some quality time fighting birch and poplar branches, got *lots* of time napping on both of our laps, and got his last carry (he sometimes liked me to carry him all around the yard, especially in the evening- he'd lounge, and twist and drape and snuggle) #cats #LoveAffair

@Langile Yes he's very beautiful-- he looks blue-black in some light, other times you can see faint red stripes.
