Tormod HalvorsenAgree, my feeling is that this fee will most commonly be covered by the employer. I believe that a one year subscription is included if you take one of their certifications too.
Suggest you start with

and absorb the freely available content first. It might seem big, but remember this is geared towards internal enterprise use.
