So it's 9/11, and I haven't put anything together for the day, so I will leave you with the seeds of a #conspiracy #theory...

In the 1980s, #DickCheney and #CondoleezzaRice were part of a group pushing for #military intervention in the #MiddleEast, mainly #Iraq and #Afghanistan.

In the 1990s, #OsamaBinLaden bombed the #WorldTradeCenter. #BillClinton attempted to have him captured or killed, but was stopped by overwhelming #political pressure, culminating with #impeachment.

(Cntd)

When #GeorgeWBush was appointed president by the Florida #government in 2000, his father, #HWBush, explicitly warned him against trusting Cheney and Rice, however, he made them top administration officials.

During the 2000 election campaign and subsequent transfer of power, Bill Clinton and #AlGore repeatedly mentioned the danger of Osama Bin Laden, and this continued until 9/11/2001.

(Continued)

In the lead up to the events of 9/11, the CIA repeatedly warned the Bush admin that Bin Laden was planning a catastrophic attack in early September 2001, at some point even mentioning a potential hijacking on September 11th.

In their investigation, the 9/11 commission found that members of the administration had actively downplayed or even hid these reports from the president.

(Continued)

Despite attempts by the Taliban to negotiate his arrest and extradition, the US invaded Afghanistan without provocation, leading to millions of deaths.

Cheney, Rice, and others in the admin would later run a conspiracy to convince the president, #ColinPowell, and the American people that there was a threat from #SaddamHussein in Iraq, leading the US to invade without provocation, leading to millions of deaths.

(Almost done)

Knowing that Cheney, Rice, etc, were willing to involve themselves in conspiracies, kill millions of people, and made MILLIONS of dollars off of both invasions (until #Biden stopped them), my question is this...

Did these people, who were in charge of national security at the time, know about and purposefully allow the 9/11 attacks to happen, in order to justify the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq?

While it's on all our minds, I would welcome any thoughts on this.
