Isn't it great how many people with no understanding of the law sit on the very bodies of our nation that make them. This is likely the reason the so many Republican laws are being struck down for blatantly violating the Constitution. Perhaps if they understood the law better, they would be better people. Probably not, but we can dream.
HankB@WarmasterPalak The flip side of that is when lawmakers are all lawyers, the laws they produce will require paying a lawyer to interpret. And every conflict will end with "hire a lawyer and sue."
