I had finished this around noon.
It's the videos giving me trouble until **now**, so that's why this is posted now LOL. I didn't remember that Neocities doesn't accept video files, so I had to scramble. Ended up having to use my portfolio's space in a subdomain, which isn't kosher for me BUT it's the only solution I have for now, since I liked this:
Anything that does the responsive work for me is automatically a win, haha. But I gotta find another vid host...

I found out about File Garden and after uploading and testing to see if they'd be visible on the site, the videos work! Gosh, I'm so happy I found a solution
