So the #VoteNo regressives are conservatives who don't want the disgustingly vile status quo for #indigenousaustralians to change.

And the so-called NO "progressives" want #voteyes to fail bc they don't think it goes far enough (????)
Exactly HOW do they think anything is going to change if NO wins??

#voteyestovoice IS the only way forward.
It listens.
It's collaborative.
It complements Treaty.
It's a step in the direction #Australia needs to urgently go.

I saw the term #No "progressives" because 1stNations representatives like Lidia Thorpe really want #VoicetoParliament  to fail in order to progress. In fact they want it cancelled altogether bc it doesn't go far enough.

And it doesn't go far enough, does it? BUT staying as we are is not good enough either.

2017 saw the Uluru Statement from the heart calling for #Voice #Treaty #Truth. Australia has never ever had a Treaty with #1stNations. Ever.
And yes it needs to happen.

However,  Liberals will NEVER give an inch no matter what ppl like Price and BFF Tony Abbott promise. ScoMo categorically ruled any Treaty or negotiations out in 2020 and i really DONT believe they have any intention politically or morally to enshrine Voice in the constitution.

And even less so, take steps towards a binding agreement that is Treaty-making and Truth-telling.

Lidia Thorpe rightly says settler govt doesn't understand Blak communities. I agree. But where do we collectively go if we stay just as we are????
I say "so called" progressive because its progressing absolutely nowhere to vote No; so is that progress?

Seriously, i believe from the heart, staying as we are is killing Blak communities. And staying as we are is just not good enough. So Ill #voteyes to get things moving
