I need your #help!

I want to take the #SIELE exam from #UNAM. In order to use their special testing browser, however, I need to use #Windows…which I don’t use. (I know. You’re shocked.) What is the easiest/fastest/cheapest way for me to get a Windows machine for one week?

My current ride is an M1 MacBook. I’ve never used Parallels or anything but will if this will work.

Ah! They have a Mac solution! (They just make it much, much harder.) ¡Gracias a todos!

@Dianepatterson I haven’t tried running Windows on an AS Mac, but back when I was running it on Intel Macs, Parallels was the best/easiest of the 3 options (VMWare Fusion and Boot Camp being the other two).

The catch is you likely need to buy a Windows license in any event, but if you know someone who works at Microsoft you can probably have them get you one cheaply.

@Dianepatterson
I’m running Parallels in an M2 MacBook Air, with a Windows Virtual Machine running to play games. You don’t need to buy a separate Windows license to set it up. The only glitch I’ve found is Parallels doesn’t support DirectX 12 so some games don’t work. Windows itself seems to run fine.
