@RavynWitch They are very tasty. They are meant to be deep fried, but I converted to air frying. You could also pan fry.

@RavynWitch There are so many variations it's hard to choose. I guess my favorite is the one with the tiny shrimps. There are many purely vegetarian ones too but they miss the main selling point of okonomiyaki: the katsuobushi on top which "dances" along with the heat; neat party trick
