Whether if China did or not do action, TEPCO chose the worst decision. Not in physical but social.
TEPCO and the government have chosen the cheapest way at cost and brought the most expensive price in politics. Citizens have to pay the price of the governmental blunder. Similar structure to the nuclear meltdown.
TEPCO and government should stop the discharging of the tritium water from now. I say this for Japan but never for the sake of China.

@massa0snowland All of nuclear energy works like that - it's only profitable when the real cost is carried by the taxpayer.
Private companies should not run nuclear power plants.

I believe that even governments should give up nuclear power.
