@NessaUndreza funny but true. Even my dog is currently having eye ointment because her hay fever is that bad that otherwise her eyes are so mucky she looks like a kid with a snotty nose.

@DarkMatterZine gosh, hope she’s ok. Yes, we animals (many!) have similar physiology in the scheme of things. So I guess it stands to reason that our furry friends are inflicted by many of the same symptoms us humans suffer from.

@NessaUndreza Yes. Usually seeing eye dogs must be in perfect health but if hay fever is her kryptonite we can live with that. She’s awesome. (And she’s ok, the ointment is helping)

@NessaUndreza She doesn’t *like* it but every single time it’s applied she gets a dog biscuit. She now sees the bag of biscuits on the bench, stands beside me and leans in ready for me to hold her still. She’s getting much better but hubby needs me to hold her still. Then she gets her biscuit. She’s ok with that. She’ll miss the ointment when we stop applying it!
