This twitter-migration chaos is frustrating. People in my communities have scattered to twitter, the fediverse, bluesky, and threads. Some dropped out altogether.
As a result, I spend a LOT more time trying to find interesting discussions across the platforms, and really none of the discussions are nearly as interesting because the interplay between people is mostly gone (because only a fraction is on each).
I hope 3 of them fade away soon.

Also @mapache has been working on a bot to pull in relevant content that he's planning to make open source.
TL;DR Mastodon is the best if for no other reason than this is where all the awesome tools are π #MastodonIsMadeForTheTechCommunity

But it isn't about the tech, it is about the people, and they are scattered far and wide at this point π
