Answers to things I wanted to know about Bluesky when I started over there. Quickstart version at the top (3 specific steps to get going) + details, example feeds to follow, mutelists, etc. below: tinyurl.com/DHBluesky

Many good guides exist. This guide is just specific to what I wanted to know/do. (I'm at https://bsky.app/profile/literaturegeek.bsky.social there.)

Bluesky Social

If you're a DHy person looking for a Bluesky invite code, @quinnanya & @walshbr run this effort to match up DHers and extra invite codes: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScLFxq9h9NzPq5KVYYKFqL5gH7rjK0lp46Rf_G2lgd39u44Rw/viewform?usp=send_form

Same linked form also lets you share extra invite codes if you have any, so they can match codes up with DHers wanting to try Bluesky.

Digital Humanities Bluesky Code Sharing Form

Given the ongoing deterioration of Twitter as a viable space for the sharing of digital humanities work, ACH has begun exploring alternatives. Bluesky social has the makings of a viable alternative, but it requires an invitation to join. This form was created to facilitate the sharing of these invitation codes. Once you're on the platform you receive one of these codes every two weeks, so be sure to check back and pay it forward. Emails are only being used for the purposes of code sharing and recognition from ACH - they will not be made public. Once you're on Bluesky, check out this DH feed from Mark Sample and fill out the accompanying form to get plugged in - https://bsky.app/profile/samplereality.bsky.social/post/3k42msc4nrb2i.
