@MusiqueNow Yup, it's a bit of a shit show over here. Half the state is RATHER unhappy these nazi fucks are showing up around the state, the other half is blissfully ignorant that they're here because they "never see or hear about it on their 'news' channels".
I believe we had one show decide to shut down altogether when, what I would consider the normal, sane folks, started saying we'd arm ourselves and show up to defend the show and performers against literal nazis. (It's weird that's even a sentence I have to say in 2023...)
If memory serves right, the local cops caught wind that the nazis wouldn't be the only ones with guns and pressured the event organizers to cancel... or something along those lines. I dunno, I wasn't able to locate an accurate source for the details, but it was weird.
So, if we want to defend ourselves, that's when the cops want to get off their bottoms.
Same shit in almost every country!
