i 've been doing this for over 19 years and am just now realizing how uniquely strange this method of #PlayingGames is
and yes, usually I use my fingers instead but #ForSomeReason I am using the stylus a lot recently
too bad i lost the #FatStylus this #DSiXL came with, that thing was a king (like the #XBOX DUKE of stylus)

way back I played some computer games where it helped for user to manually draw one's own maps ss you played. on paper. as you explored a dungeon. or moved around in a Zork-like engine's world. I miss that in a lot of ways.
but as a kid I loooved drawing big elaborate dungeons and castles in pencil on grid paper too, even for TTRPGs. I'm trying to infuse and channel some of that old vibe back into my Slartboz game. a return to that style and art form and era
@buru5 I don't mind mixed controls on the DS. Cos I'm a lefty I tend to play with the stylus wedged between the fingers of my left hand while I use the d-pad. I still have my fat DSi XL stylus, too 😎
Have you ever played the og DS version of "The World Ends With You"? The controls in that game are absolutely mad, but it's one of my fav games ever
