The afternoon has brought heavier rains but it appears to be letting up a little bit for us. There is more wind now that the sun has set: strong gusts have not materialized at this time though.
Of course the second I say I haven't been seeing any gusty winds, they do actually arrive. Nothing catastrophic by any means but the sound from the rustling trees is noticeable compared with earlier.
