Travis SouthardThis 6% downhill sign at the end of Kelly Drive has never made sense to me. It’s rude as it is since there is a slight uphill approaching Ridge Ave.
I’m not sure if there used to be a spur going down to where the Wissahickon meets the Schuylkill? Anyone know anything about this?
