This is his own content. He could figure out a way to get it licensed legally. Instead he's just telling people to break the law and not caring about the consequences.
@williampietri actually, yeah, you're probably right as far as the OP in Australia goes. I lost sight of that context. Somewhere like Russia you could absolutely be arrested for using a VPN, but while there have been attempts to pass similar laws in Australia, it remains legal so far.
Still don't think it's great advice though really. It's fun, but it still does have the potential to get people in a lot of trouble, even if that doesn't seem likely at this moment.
