The #corporatists hate privacy networks, if you haven't noticed they prefer #privacyTheatre, and identifying and #fingerprinting people. They have been perverting #universities in #Australia for about two decades — at least.

@[email protected] @RecursiveElegance I dont think thats what @recursiveelegance was meaning - just whether or not publishing was part of decolonising from bigtech perhaps. And yes, I think its relevant, just not directly to Tor networks. Personally I dont think universities will be very keen to take up the idea of Tor, for many reasons. Not least of which are the $££$$€€€ that are involved in HE IT proprietary SaaS contracts.
